Shipping
Free standard shipping on every order within the continental United States. No minimum.
- Processing: 1–2 business days
- Transit: 5–9 business days for saunas, 3–5 for accessories
- Tracking: emailed as soon as the label is created
- Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico: add 5–10 business days; a surcharge applies on the Trail and Halo because of their size
Larger items may ship in more than one box and the boxes may arrive on different days. If one shows up and the other doesn't within 48 hours, email us.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything, whether or not you've used it. We'd rather you try it properly than guess from the photos.

- We send a prepaid return label — returns are free
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival
- Keep the original packaging if you can; if you can't, tell us and we'll work it out
Two exceptions: opened essential oil sets can't be returned for hygiene reasons, and a sauna returned with significant damage beyond normal trial use may be refunded partially. Neither is a gotcha — if something breaks, that's a warranty claim, not a return.
Warranty
- Steam pots and heating elements: 1 year
- Halo pod heating panels: 5 years
- Trail stove: 2 years
- Tents, frames, and fabric: 1 year against manufacturing defects
Warranty claims need a photo or short video of the problem and your order number. We replace the failed part rather than the whole unit where that solves it.
Damaged in transit
Photograph the box and the item before you do anything else, then email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement without asking you to ship the damaged one back first.
