Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Aquanest sauna. If you are not, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused or lightly used condition with no damage beyond normal inspection, and returned in its original packaging including the steam generator, hoses, chair, remote, and all accessories.

How to start a return

Email us at sebasguevaraduran@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 2 business days with a return authorization and the correct return address. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that authorization, as unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Return shipping costs

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping, and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we cover return shipping in full and you will not be charged anything.

Damaged or defective items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or missing, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or decline it and email you either way. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Order cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund at any time before it ships, which is usually within 24 hours of purchase. Email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it falls under the return policy above.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns on items that have been damaged through misuse, modified from their original condition, or returned without their original accessories.
